This was a great tool for me to get started with FLYing. I've been so cluttered that babysteps were barely making a difference. Now I feel like my routines can get on track.

2 ways to load on your iPod: either click the "Subscribe" orange icon in the upper right of your screen (where the little player is) and iTunes will automatically download it next time you launch iTunes (free download btw) or if you only want this session: click on the FlyLady Tools link in the upper left of the screen, beside Host Name, you'll go to a list of the FlyLady tools shows. there's a list of archives on the middle right of the screen, click on April and scroll down to wher

Flylady - thankyou thankyou thankyou. When a crisis is coming (MIL) its hard to stop and think what needs to be done first? With this, you've done the thinking and are there to encourage us all the way and stop us from panicking! I hope I only ever have to use this once, and then can progress to using only the WHB! :-)

Now that was a workout!!! My 5yr old had so much fun, he was sad when it ended and wanted me to replay it. Crazy kid loves to clean! I didn't turn it back on though, I just relaxed, it felt great!

One way to get this on your mp3 player is to download iTunes to your computer. Fantastic. This got me to do what needed to be done and NO I didn't have a crisis just the everyday MUST DOS. I adapted it somewhat and have now used it 3 times in less than a week and think it will become a staple for me.

Starts out with no sound, then tech. problems, then info on downloads to MP3, not crisis cleaning at all - I need the crisis cleaning. Can't fast-forward either in case crisis cleaning is hear somewhere

I wasn't in the mood to do any cleaning but my house is now company ready. I made a few modifications to make it work for me. (Don't even think about opening my office door!) I was even modivated to do 15 minutes in my bedroom! Go me! Thank you Flylady! You are the best!!!
