The FLY-system took some time to get incorporated into my life (almost 5 years and yesterday I did my 1rst real HBH with Marla encouriging me on my ipod), but found it always so helpful and encouriging. It's all about teaching people how to help themselves, support and love. The forums are great, because we can exchange our experiences, help one another and cheer us on. Almost nobody I know in "real life" (this here is real life, too) does understand why I'm having trouble with housekeeping except of one dear friend, that lives a few hundred kilometers away. [b]Marla, Leanne, please don't give up!!! You're so wonderful and did and do change so many lifes! Don't get discouraged by a few looking for a magic pill! Maybe some of them will recognize the help you are offering, maybe some will come back later and maybe others will find some other way (or not) with coping with their attitudes and problems. Marla, you're the one that always says "to throw the baby out with the bath water" - so true. You saved countless families, marriages and - yes, I think so - lifes and brought light into so many lifes - mine included :) Leanne, finally, after month of standstill and frustration my weight is going down again. For Annie: I use Ubuntu too. Try using Rhythmbox under podcasts. Or if you use Google Reader you can put it on there and it will play. I'm not sure about getting the show playing live though as I've been unable to get that so far - although in New Zeland it plays live early Friday morning! Hope this helps some.

Couldn't get the audio on my laptop, then figured it out. I run UBUNTU and can't use Windows Media Player. Listened on my desk pc tho! Does anyone know if BTR is gonna be able to support any other media player? For non-microsoft based systems? Thx! Annie in VA

The easiest way to access the mp3's is to subscribe - I can't listen live as I'm in Australia. I use the Juice podcast receiver (free download) which each day automatically downloads any new podcasts I've subscribed to, I then transfer them to my iRiver (mp3 player) to listen while I'm at the gym. The feed url for the FLYshow is http://www.blogtalkradio.com/feeds/flylady - I copy & pasted it into the "add new feed" box and off it goes, it also keeps track of older episodes so you can download any you like, not just the most recent show. Hope this helps some of you.
