She holds many accolades in sales, in flight services, ticketing, customer service, passenger handling, passenger assistance, reservation systems, interline agreements and international customs. She holds an Aviation Management degree from CCBC graduating Magna Cum Laude, Phi Theta Kappa, International Dean's List, and Honorable Student Government. Currently, she is an Economics major at Harvard University. ______________________________________________ The show focuses on all elements within the airline industry: fares, passenger handling, lost bags, delays, employment, lay-offs, mergers, frequent flyer programs, aircraft, in flight service, aviation programs, careers, security, private jet service, third party ticketing web sites, air show events, FAA regulations, etc. Callers are encouraged to voice their opinions of airlines, and share suggestions to improve flight travel. Airlines are compared to assist the international audience with better travel and choices.
