4.5 million people are incarcerated 27 million are under supervision. We will explore the incarcerated mind and discuss how arts changes the caged sheep and transforms them into lions. We will have dialogue also with an incarcerated inmate. Every day ex-offenders are released back into society our community the have a voice we want to hear from you.
