Actor John Wesley Shipp will be tonight's special guest on "Flashback" With Carey Fisher. John Wesley Shipp Won two consecutive daytime Emmy awards for his soap work -- the first for "As the World Turns" (1956) and the second for "Santa Barbara" (1984). At the 14th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in 1987, John won the Outstanding Guest Performer Award becoming the only actor with consecutive wins from two different daytime dramas. John is best known for his portrayal of Barry Allen/The Flash in the CBS television series "The Flash" from 1990 - 1991. John also starred on "Dawson's Creek" as Mitch Leery from 1998-2001 and had a recurring role as Michael Jones on "Palmetto Pointe" which aired on ION Television and portrayed the role of Lucky Williams on the NBC Series "Sisters". John's additional tv appearances include such shows as "JAG", "CSI: NY", "Human Target" and "The Closer". John's film appearances include "The Neverending Story II: The Next Chapter", "Second To Die" and the upcoming films "Port City", "Separation Anxiety" and the currently filming "Daddy's Girl".
