We all strive to get the results we want, and see from others. And at first start them goals may take off and be on track with our routine. But what happens when the same work outs lose there luster. When plateau hits and we get discouraged. I will speak on these issues to keep the engine running. Some tell signs that you may have reached your peak with that program.
