Keren Provost: When Keren grew up she wasn't active, neither were her parents. However, when she turned 18, she got active and became a firefighter and an EMT. Seeing all the sick and unhealthy people around her made her change her career. She went back to school and secured a degree in Kinesiology and Nutrtion. Tune in to hear how she got her life on track, lost 35 pounds and now helps others as a Personal Trainer and Nutritonist. We're also talking with Melissa McCreery, PhD, ACC, a Psychologist, Certified Personal Coach, and the founder of Enduring Change Coaching. Melissa will be sharing her passion for helping women create and live the lives they crave. As it’s February, the season of failed or forgotten New Year’s resolutions, Melissa will be talking about how to win the “head game” of making weight loss, lifestyle, and fitness changes. Tune in and be inspired.
