Today on Financial Impact Factor Radio with Paul Petillo, Dave Kittredge and Dave Ng, we explore the nature of turst and our advisors.

How many times have we heard the following: talk to your financial advisor. The amount of trust we place in these professionals is hinged on trust. We don’t need to abide by the thinking innocent until proven guilty but we often offer these folks the benefit of the doubt. We don’t approach these professionals as doubters. Instead, we leave most of what we know about ourselves at the reception desk, placing our fortunes in the hands of those we think know better than us.

The word disclosure has been used so often, recently amongst our millionaire candidates for political, that we lose sight of what it really is. Does disclosure matter if it appears as if the truth is being told but in our gut we think otherwise? Have we given our trust too willingly? In the current political climate, does financial disclosure matter?
