Bad credit does not destroy the opportunity of ever owning your own home. There are still non traditional ways of purchasing a home which is known as private money. Private money can be considered anything from seller financing, lease with options, warp around loans, and subject to deals.

We all must take responsibility for the markets downsize. There is not just one person or group that caused this down time.

Put together a spending plan and work it. It is important to know where your money is going and to get out of the vicious cycle of living paycheck to paycheck.

Most importantly alternative housing and financing is still available but you are going to have to look for it!
