Also when we go to sleep at night we need to TURN the TV off. During the time when we are trying to fall asleep,there is a slight space between all the way sleep and NOT all the way, Right in this space Spiritual info gets into our Brains. Even the Businesses target their Ad during the time when people are Falling asleep in front of the TV.     Getting a Lesser Charge

    Tonight was good show! Nina called in today whose son was murdered in 2004, Kenneth Chaz-Becoats on the Remington and Column street in Rochester, NY. What made her unhappy was the judicial system of the violater's not getting enough years in their sentence. Getting 7 - 15 years on a manslaughter by them pleading guilty wasn't enough time she stated.  She doesn't know how she will feel if he gets and she sees him in the streets in the next few years.  
    Charnette commented why are their AK 47's in the streets anyways? Those are some serious assault guns.
    Great question why are they so obtainable in the streets? 
    Well...I would love to hear from a minister and their feedback on what they think is the solutions to these homicide that plagues our nation.

    Justifiable Homicide

    Tuesday, April 14, 2009 
    Just finished with my show and we had a caller who called in that literally made my mouth drop open. The caller was a woman who was incarcerated for over five years for killing her perpetrator who abused her for over three years. When she called the cops he was never arrested but once and that was for sticking the barrel of a gun in her mouth in front of her child. He was charged with endangering a minor child and was released. He only spent a weekend in jail wow! When the caller explained how they hurried her to the prison and held her in jail for two months before sending he up the river I was pissed for hearing this.
    What prosecutor in their right mind would jail a mother who was abused and had made several reports regarding this man. To add fuel to the fire he was also facing charges for a murder of another woman. I asked her why did this happen she stated it was probably because she was Black and he was Italian. WOW!  I thought to myself how can a woman who justifiably killed a man that was abusing her after she ran several times even moved out of state was still harassed.  You have to ask yourself what is up with the court system. I stand appauled how can this have happened in America and to the victim. Of course the state realized they made a mistake after five years and released her but does that give the time back she lost with her child. America really needs to re-evaluate their system they call justice when it comes to victims of violence they seem to get the short end of the stick.

    Last week we discussed possible solutions to some of the madness due to Homicides.
    It is my belief the key factor is that our youth and perpetrators are angry. It is evident through history when people get mad they are capable of murder, so how do we address this issue of anger. Do we have workshops in the community for our youth so they can manage their anger and not resort to violence. Where are the churches in our communities many of them offer prayer but where is the action behind the prayer?
    How many churches are participating and having anger workshops in their community to stop the violence? Ask your minister what he is doing to help and get your religious organization involved immediately it's critical.
