Last October, 2009 Eric Nadler an award winning investigative journalist and film maker visited with concerned citizens in Manhattan, Ks. and local news media about his latest documentary "Anthrax Wars." The film is pertinent to Kansans, since this centrally located community is slated for construction of the largest bio-level 4 germ warfare facility in the United States. This interview originally aired on Christopher Penner's "Community Bridge Radio" broadcasting from the campus of Kansas State University. The acronym NBAF stands for National Biological Agro-defense Facility and will cost an estimated $730 million to construct and has been supported by a small super-elite consortium of bi-partisan elected officials and bioscience research scientists. It is billed as a job creation project and a high tech corridor of lab facilities are planned as spin-off to run along Interstate 70 east all the way to Kansas City.
