Call in to speak with the host
Have you ever found yourself turned on or off by the sound of someone’s voice? The voice has the power to influence and touch lives. In fact, research indicates people are more influenced by your body and vocal dynamics then by what you actually say. It’s not so much what you say but how you say it.
The human voice conveys who you are. We do have a voice image which is the sound of the voice we like or dislike and this voice image is why we feel comfortable or uncomfortable expressing our voice.
Today we’ll be chatting about authentic voice with Vocal Communication specialist Michelle Bailly who feels that vocal image has nothing to do with vocal abilities, but is formed primarily by the culture around us. She believes learning how to use your voice is a key to discovering your true identity.
Michelle Bailly specialises in Vocal Presentation and Communication. As an international Speaker, Seminar Leader and Singer, Michelle knows what it takes to get your message across “on stage” and in life!
