Blue Coat Systems recently announced its intention to acquire Solera Networks, which is a leading provider of big data security intelligence and analytics for advanced threat protection.
The foundation of the agreement will be integrating the security analytics-focused Solera DeepSee platform into the Blue Coat product portfolio. This integration will allow Blue Coat to deliver an end-to-end security solution that includes protection, remediation and governance and gives agencies complete visibility into the content and context of advanced targeted attacks.
