What does it mean to be present in the moment? What does that look like or feel, taste like? When we are being present we are being mindful, aware, and connecting to what is going on right now. We are in the present, not the past or the future. We aren't beating ourselves up for past mistakes or lost opportunities. We aren't fretting and worring about the future. We are thinking about what is in front of us right now. Kids are really good about this. If you need help watch them. They only live in the now of the day. The discussion starts tonight.
