Confidence will come when you are staying committed to you. When your actions are saying that you are important to you, you will start to believe it. As you continue to say hello, or go to the gym, or wash your dishes each night before you go to bed, you will start to build the muscle of confidence. Each step out of your comfort zone, each time you want to say No and you do, is building that mucsle.
