Becoming aware that you are not your fear is healing. That you were trying to get your needs met in the best way you knew how; you can heal. Healing yourself of all the negative self-talk and self-doubt and self-loathing. Healing yourself from being mistreated by others who were acting out of their own fear. Letting go of what is not ours to carry and what never was ours to carry. Awareness of all this will heal you and start a healing process that will last a life time.
