With awareness, you learn where you are, where you want to go, and who is supporting you or not. With willingness, you start to take action or see where you aren't ready to yet. Willingness becomes almost a gauge to see where you are ready to move forward out of your comfort zone and where you might need to do some more baby steps first. Start to ask yourself, am I willing to change this or look at this differently? Where am I wanting to put my focus first, and what am I willing to do? Willingness is the way we move from our head to action and freedom.
