Intention is about knowing who you are and showing up as you, no matter what happens. Getting clear on who you are is important so you know where or when to take a stand. Setting an intention is you saying this is me and I'm willing to practice showing up that way no matter what. For example; you are a loving person, that is how you want to show up in all of your relationships. But, then your sister tells you that you are stupid and you don't feel like being very loving to her anymore. What do you do? Maybe you retaliate, maybe you run away and cry, but you can remain in your intention of being loving and not let her energy influence yours. Is this easy? No! not at all, that's why we say we are willing to practice. Come hear how we have practiced and what supports us and our clients in setting and living our intentions. Also, Korina Elliott will be joining in on the discussion!
