As you get into the habit of holding yourself accountable, becoming more aware of your choices, you will want to be more proactive. Making better choices will lead to making more choices that align with your commitments and lead you to your dreams. Being proactive will come more naturally for you, and you'll be increasing the size of your comfort zone. A life log is a great proactive behavior that will aid you with keeping your commitments and holding yourself accountable.
