With compassion comes understanding. Once you can see that mistakes or past choices were done out of fear, you can have compassion and understanding for yourself. Beating yourself up is let go and you begin to forgive yourself and love yourself again. When you do this for yourself, you can then do it for others, and you continue to heal and let go of the past. Practicing this step will allow you to release what is holding you back and move you forward towards your dreams.
