Intentions are ways to remind us or re-focus us on to the path or way of being that we have decided for ourselves. As we stay focused on our intentions, our choices will change to ones that support where we want to go. This will bring along a decrease in self-doubt and an increase in life satisfaction. Loving our lives will become the new us. We will be choosing ourselves and our dreams. We will be living in freedom. And if we need a reminder or have lost our way, our intentions will be there to get us back on track. Being willing to practice and giving permission to have compassion for the process will keep us moving forward each time life gets rough.
