Practitioner Spotlight with Nanci Tunley!
Nanci says she loves how the lab work does force her clients to be honest with themselves. A common challenge she runs into when working with clients, is that they can become overwhelmed and the key to overcoming that is to not give them more than they can handle at once.
Nanci graciously shared that she structures her client services into thirty day, three and six month packages. She currently obtains her business via word of mouth referrals, online programs and webinars or speaking in front of audiences.
Nanci’s tip to her fellow FDN practitioners… would be to keep clients responsible and attached to the true outcome they desire. She adds that as practitioners, that means asking the right questions and not being afraid to hold them accountable.
