Housing Market and the Village of Carlsbad

No one has any doubts about the impact of the economy on the housing market. We all have seen foreclosure signs in our neighborhoods and some of us have experienced the terrible loss of walking away from our homes. Let’s face it our homes are our largest investments and it is an absolute crushing defeat to let our family home go. But many families have had no other choice. People have lost jobs, small business owners have gone under, and the house payments that used to be affordable have now become tremendous burdens. I have invited an experienced Real Estate agent who works in North County as my guest today.
