Lugnuts and Horsepower Hour

Much like President Obama did this week, NASCAR gave it's own "State of the Sport" address to discuss the previous year and what is anticipated for the 2012 season.  The changes that were implemented last year, and those from 2010, have made the sport better, but where does it go from here?

Patti Rodisch and Dustin Parks will look into what Brian France and Mike Helton discussed on Thursday, along with other big news of the week.  This includes the rollout of the new 2013 Ford Fusion Cup car, and NASCAR's announcement that there will be no more "secret" fines, as in any penalties and fines to drivers and teams will be made public.
