The holiday season is a time for giving and sometimes even rivals are overcome by the spirit of the season and give a gift you did not expect.

Thanks to a Pittsburgh Steelers loss in Dallas on Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens are playoff bound for an NFL high, fifth straight season.

However, head coach John Harbaugh and his troops are playing like anything but a team ready for post-season play. Following their 34-17 loss to the Denver Broncos yesterday, the Ravens have far more questions than answers.

Joe Flacco, Ray Rice and company have now lost two straight at home after winning 15 straight at M&T Bank Stadium. The Ravens third overall loss in a row is the most the team has dropped since losing three consecutive games during the middle of the 2009 season.

How desperate is the situation, Is Joe Flacco regressing to the point of no return, and what changes, if any can the coaching staff make to correct the problems?

Alan will explore every possibility as to why the purple and black are black and blue during a period of the season when they typically shine.

If he can escape for a bit and possibly helping Alan sort out this mess will be Tony Lombardi (@ 9:30) of the famous Russell Street Report. Tony wrote an article last week about Harbs being on the hot seat. Alan will ask Tony how safe is Harbaugh's job.

You will hear all of the post game audio and Harbaugh's Monday presser. Alan will then peak ahead to the NY Giants and tell you if the Ravens have a shot to beat the second Manning brother this Sunday.

Finally, Alan will recap Week 15 with all of the amazing stats you have come to expect from him as well as audio from Sunday’s superstars.

Showtime is 8:30
