Join Alan "Z "for a FRIDAY FOOTBALL FRENZY on The I-295 Sports Report. The Super Bowl predictions are in and the games have begun. Tonight, Alan previews the big games from Saturday and Sunday and gives you the winners and losers from the top contests.

Even though the Ravens and Redskins are front and center, the Orioles and Nationals are actually on top of the standings and Alan will recap last night’s games as well as provide updates on tonight’s games. Stephen Strasburg makes his final start of the season at home vs. Miami tonight and the Orioles look to take a one game lead on the Yankees after their dramatic 10-6 win last night.

Alan starts the football frenzy with a recap of week one and a preview of week two in college football. Of course, the MD Terps will be our main focus to begin but do not miss the I-295 Top 10 as Alan unveils his ten best teams in college football. This is a unique poll based on a point system Alan created and not a preseason ranking according to a team’s conference affiliation.

From Saturday, it’s on to Sunday as Alan breaks down each NFL contest game and gives you the winners from every game. Alan has NFL news and notes, including an update on the players involved in the “Bountygate” scandal winning their appeal. Alan will have audio clips from ESPN as well as the NFL network.

Alan has been a fantasy football champion a time or two during his day, and tonight will give you the top studs and duds at each position, as well as update you on the important injuries for Sunday. The Friday Football Frenzy gets underway at 9:00 and will run two full hours. If you miss the live show, catch the Podcast anytime this weekend.
