Join Alan Zlotorzynski for two-hours of non-stop unedited passionate Baltimore/ Washington sports talk from 8-10 p.m. on Wednesday.

Alan will have on two very special guests on the show tonight. My nieces, 15-year old twins Hailee and Allison Clampitt, will join their uncle, to discuss their recent write up in the Baltimore Sun. The article talks about their abilities as great softball players on the field, but also focuses on their ability to balance their hectic lives ,while also being highly successful students and teenagers in a very tough world. If you have a teenage child and want them to hear how it should be done, this is your segment

With the Ravens and Ray Rice coming to terms, Alan will tell you why right now is a great time to offer Joe Flacco a contract extension. And  Alan also discusses the latest from Ed Reed.

The Redskins are also in the news. Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III signed his rookie deal, and heads to rookie camp, looking to lead his team in the tough NFC East this season. Log on to hear the latest on the Skins and Ravens as camp draws near.

Alan will recap the current Orioles road trip, which is not going so well right now in the Twin Cities, and also discuss the Nationals, as they are in the midst of playing 14-games against NL East foes.

From there, Alan will discuss the Capitals off-season, last week’s development camp, and why Mike Green’s re-signing is a win-win for Washington.

It is time for the Dumb Ass of the week award and speaking of the NFL, they have a few nominees thanks to the police blotter.
