On this the 6th anniversary of the Hurricane Katrina catastrophe, Gavin Richard, a born resident of New Orleans, LA., has written a book entitled Katrina: Eyes Have Not Seen, Ears Have Not Heard.  He will join filmmaker Zen Garcia to discuss his documentary entitled, When The Levee Breaks - Bombing of the Lower 9th Ward. Devastated by the destruction of his home, this book is the culmination of a two year journey through memories of of sadness, pain and resolve. In his search for the truth of what really happened Gavin has interviewed countless eye witnesses of the tragedy to share with us tonight what he has learned.
