The Holy Spirit did indeed play a part in allowing Yahshua to take human form. Yahshua's Spirit is the Holy Spirit, and She (the Woman) was released to dwell in the hearts of all believers after Yahshua ascended to Heaven. To answer your question, all prophecies have a dual nature, and Eve was the first woman who gave birth to a man (Seth) whose bloodline would lead to the birth of the Messiah through Miriam (i.e. Mary)...
