With Monday's tragic shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington D.C. a national debate has once again become reignited by some from the left.  In a more or less gun free zone and in a strict anti gun city, 12 people lost their lives and many more were injured.  As usual, some of our favorite voices from the left and even some from the supposed right have spoke of the need for gun control, or as they now call it, gun reform.  An intelligent person knows the gun didn't do anything of its own volition and that the person, Aaron Alexis, did.  On today's show I'll talk about things the media of course does not talk about for the most part regarding Mr. Alexis, and regarding how the tragedy could have been prevented, or at least greatly minimized.  Why should we rely on or completely trust the government to protect us when their "protection" fails so miserably?  We don't need gun control and gun reform.  We need self control and spiritual reform.  I'll discuss this issue on the next American Faith Today, at 4:30 PM on Thursday, 9/19/2013.
