A Journey Through Faith

Welcome to A Journey Through Faith! I pray that you will find this blog very inspirational and motivational. The purpose of this blog is to share my own personal and real life experiences with God to others with the use of Biblically based solutions. It is my desire to share with you my own personal experiences involving a difficult marriage, domestic violence and domestic abuse (emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, mental and verbal), abandonment, parenthood, adult child and parent issues, rejection, and other ordinary life experiences that we all run into in one way or another here on earth. My goal is to minister to those in need from all walks of life. I want to help others become restored and made whole again by renewing their faith in God. The tools that I use to minister to others is through songs of praise in words of psalms, poems, columns, personal testimonies, devotions, prayers and scriptures. I am hoping that by sharing my life as an open book, in some way it will inspire everyone to reach for a higher, deeper and more intimate relationship with our Almighty God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want all of you to walk by faith and not by sight! (2 Corinthians 5:7) I want every believer to wear the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) without fear and walk boldly in the knowledge of who they are in Christ! We are children of the most High God and because we are His children, He wants a relationship with us. Contrary to what other faiths and religions preach, He is not harsh, contradicting, or passive. Society (television, talk shows, celebrities, etc.) have painted a very poor picture of who Jehovah really is. They are not giving a true account of His character. About Minister Faith From my own personal struggles with life, I discovered the power of living victoriously through Christ by applying God’s Word to my life and desires to help others through my writing. I believe in writing ope

    Daughter Healed of Food Allergies

My youngest daughter was born with severe food allergies to eggs, wheat and peanuts. For two years we had to be very watchful of what we fed her. Whenever she ate something that was not agreeable with her system, she would break out in eczema, develop patchy skin and itch terribly. One time it was so bad that she was actually bleeding on several areas of her skin.

I wasn’t given good news about her condition. Some physicians believed that she would continue to have food allergies for quite some time. I didn’t believe it and wouldn’t believe it. I prayed fervently over her day and night. I walked in faith knowing that she would be healed.

In June 2008 I stepped out in faith and took her to an allergist. She was given skin tests and the results came back saying the SHE NO LONGER HAD ANY FOOD ALLERGIES TO PEANUTS, WHEAT AND EGGS!

God is good and He keeps His promises!
