Welcome to A Journey Through Faith! I pray that you will find this blog very inspirational and motivational. The purpose of this blog is to share my own personal and real life experiences with God to others with the use of Biblically based solutions. It is my desire to share with you my own personal experiences involving a difficult marriage, domestic violence and domestic abuse (emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, mental and verbal), abandonment, parenthood, adult child and parent issues, rejection, and other ordinary life experiences that we all run into in one way or another here on earth. My goal is to minister to those in need from all walks of life. I want to help others become restored and made whole again by renewing their faith in God. The tools that I use to minister to others is through songs of praise in words of psalms, poems, columns, personal testimonies, devotions, prayers and scriptures. I am hoping that by sharing my life as an open book, in some way it will inspire everyone to reach for a higher, deeper and more intimate relationship with our Almighty God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want all of you to walk by faith and not by sight! (2 Corinthians 5:7) I want every believer to wear the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) without fear and walk boldly in the knowledge of who they are in Christ! We are children of the most High God and because we are His children, He wants a relationship with us. Contrary to what other faiths and religions preach, He is not harsh, contradicting, or passive. Society (television, talk shows, celebrities, etc.) have painted a very poor picture of who Jehovah really is. They are not giving a true account of His character. About Minister Faith From my own personal struggles with life, I discovered the power of living victoriously through Christ by applying God’s Word to my life and desires to help others through my writing. I believe in writing ope

In November 2008 I was taking a class in Christian history and my professor asked during the beginning of class if anyone had a prayer request. One of my classmates asked for prayer for an ear infection he was battling. He mentioned that it was really bothering him and the infection wasn’t going away. So the class began to pray corporately for our classmate’s needs and a few others that were mentioned. After arriving home I placed my classmate on my prayer list and made it a point to pray for him daily.
Because we only met one weekend per month, our next meeting wasn’t until the second weekend in December. During a class break I approached my classmate and asked him how was his ear. He said his ear was healed that same night!
Corporate prayer works! God teaches us how to pray for ourselves and others individually and corporately. He answers prayers and it is His great desire to see His children walk in the authority that He has given us!
