A lot of people rely on deductions when investing and purchasing a home, but the Fair Tax will wipe that away. It's no wonder we have real estate agents, Realtors and brokers against the idea of a Fair Tax...but, wait!
If home buyers have no taxes taken out of their paychecks to begin with, and come home with more of their money, this means more net income and additional qualifiers for that better home, right?
