House Joint Resolution 494, introduced into the North Carolina legislature, claims that the First Amendment does not apply to the states - they can start their own religion if they like....and they like fundamentalist hard-edged Christianity  The bill has been pulled, but it will be back and Albert Navarra joins us in Segment 2 for the Constitutional theories involved. (this is a Fairness Radio classic while we are on vacation).
