When the 2010 earthquake devastated Port-au-Prince, Haiti, many nations of the world sent first responders to support the people who survived that horrible act of nature. Help came from nay sources, including foundations, churches and individuals. One of those groups currently engaged in recovery efforts from the recent hurricane includes The Cloud Foundation, an African American organization that has raised money, shipped medical supplies and worked closely with government and local groups to assist Haiti's recovery, not only from the earthquake, which claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, but the cholera epidemic that followed and was allegedly caused by United Nations "blue helmet" Peacekeepers.
