JERRY ARDOLINO, Author of EXTREME COP: CHICAGO PD [shown and quoted in the Editorial Section of PLAYBOY, May 2007], and THE SHANG PIRATE LEGACY is a former Chicago Police Officer. He served approximately 5 years and had one the most violent and stormy career in the history of the department. This would mean that he’s the wildest, most violent cop in the history of the world. He graduated the Chicago Police Academy and attended Chicago City College and Northwestern University, off-campus through the police department. He is also a graduate of the nationally recognized Police Science Program of the Chicago Police Training Division. After his resignation from the department, He became an International Businessman and was a confidential consultant to a U.S. military advisor; designing military equipment for members of elite units such as the U.S. Navy SEALs, West German GSG9, The British SAS, The ROYAL HONG KONG POLICE and many others. One of his present companies still produces western leathergoods; another deals in rare books, swords and estate jewlery. And he is Director of BIG CITY CRIME PUBLISHERS. In addition to being a writer, JERRY--a true Renaissance man--has been a martial artist for over thirty-five years; is an expert marksman; Bullwhip expert; a hard-edged, outdoor adventurer and Gold and Rare stone trader who is a recipient of the Diamonds Certificate from the Gemological Institute of America.
