Call in to speak with the host
?Karly Randolph Pitman has done it all when it comes to getting stuck in food. Her 20 year struggle with sugar addiction, bulimia, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, and body hatred - as well as her lifelong struggles with anxiety and depression - have been both her greatest challenge and her greatest teacher.
These struggles sent her on a healing journey into self compassion, self acceptance and unconditional love. Karly synthesized these practices into a process she calls growing human(kind)ness. Growing human(kind)ness is a map to create emotional healing from eating disorders and addiction - the "how to" of how to love yourself.
Nutrition, sugar, women, and our complicated relationships with food are subjects I (Nadia Giordana) never get tired of talking about, and I think many of my listeners feel the same way. This is going to be a great program.

It's good to talk.
