Mary Treacy O'Keefe, Wellness Begins Within

Mary Treacy O'Keefe is co-founder and executive director of Well Within, a nonprofit wellness resource center in West St. Paul, Minnesota, that provides integrative healing services to people living with chronic and/or live-threatening illnesses. She is a certified spiritual director with a master's degree in theology, and conducts workshops on spirituality and healing. Her writings have appeared in magazines and books, including Chicken Soup for the Christian Family Soul. Mary will be talking with Nadia about her wellness work and her book, "Thin Places".
