Great show! I especially liked Jerry Willis' suggestion to have kids write down their potentials as they discover evidence of them. What a great idea to email them, so they'll have a record and can invite the adults in their lives to help identify jobs that depend on these gifts. I also loved his twist on "It's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game." He's so right. It is really even more important WHY you play the game.
