She coaches hundreds nationwide via her weekly Internet radio Show: An Incredible Moment with Darnyelle. Ms. Jervey also has several clients currently completing her "Burn the Box" coaching program. Networking events are taking the nation by storm.   She has gained invaluable experience in marketing, sales, network marketing, organizational development, business development, management and human resources. Her professional experience includes 12+ years in various management roles in a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company. Her resume also includes being the youngest African-American Top Independent Pink Cadillac Executive Senior Sales Director (during her tenure) in Mary Kay Cosmetics in her home state of Delaware. Within a year of deciding to grow her business, she promoted 5 women to the ranks of Independent Sales Director.  To her credit, she also earned the use of 5 Career Cars including 2 Pink Cadillac's and assisted in the home-based business development of 500 independent beauty consultants. Jervey has received the Black Achiever in Business and Industry Award as well as the Community Commitment Award in her home state of Delaware.
