Lyle Johnson is a native of Springfield, IL, a graduate of Southeast High School, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Grambling State University.  He is a fitness and exercise specialist, as well as a business owner, motivational speaker and author.

Lyle has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness and weight loss goals through his seminars and programs, training them to go from where they are to where they dream to be.
