With guest Tonisha Pinckney, CEO of I AM MORE, LLC, Wykesha C. Hayes, CEO Kommunities, inc. a local non-profit agency and Natasha Davis-Bowen host of her Internet based Talk Show “Manifested ...Vision” This is another installment of a six show series on Wellbeing, based upon a great book by Tom Rath and Jim Harter, called Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements. We will cover the following elements are: (1) Career Wellbeing (2) Social Wellbeing (3) Financial Wellbeing (4) Physical Wellbeing (5) Community Wellbeing and (6) Spiritual Wellbeing. Community Wellbeing. The first definition of the word "community"; as a group established by men having shared values. That initial definition has been refined and expanded through the years. We have come, for example, to recognize that people can belong to a number of different "communities" simultaneously--communities of place; cultural communities; communities of memory, in which people who may be strangers share "a morally significant history"; and psychological communities "of face-to-face personal interaction governed by sentiments of trust, co-operation, and altruism." The world has contracted into a "global village." Yet some believe that new information technologies has weaken this global village. Is community Wellbeing important? Should we care about the least of us? Is volunteerism still in vogue? Come by the discussion. About The Guest 7:00 - 8:00 PM Tonisha Pinckney 8:00 - 9:00 PM Wykesha C. Hayes 9:00 - 10:00 PM Natasha Bowen
