There is just too much doubt in this case. Why doesn't the US Supreme Count disclose why they do not want an appeal. When in doubt don't. Please give Troy Davis a fair go.

they are definatelly trying either to cover a big mistake up here or to stir racial differences in order to cast negative light on blacks and obamas possible presidency they measure with two scales-a confessed white murderer got HIS death sentence commuted to live without parole-whay not give equal opportunity to a man whos innocence is at least possible

In order to get a new trial, there needs to be NEW exculpatory evidence other than these witnesses. (i.e. find the person who did it or other hard evidence.) The U.S. Supreme Court rarely discloses why they deny appeals. They have not duty to disclose. It's a sad situation.
