Viki Winterton interviews Matt Crowley!
Matthew Crowley is a venture lawyer who has focused on the tech startup field for 19 years.
He regularly gives educational talks with the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) and actively participates in groups designed to support the startup community.
Matt specializes in helping entrepreneurs manage everyday legal issues and avoid the types of legal problems that can wreak havoc on a startup when dealing with things such as: partnership agreements, setting up stock sales, establishing and managing boards, and term sheet negotiations.
Matt gets that the success of one startup can be a benefit to all startups in the game and so is always available to help where he can and share information with people regardless of if they are potential clients or just someone looking to gain a bit of perspective.
