Phenomenally You on E Water Radio offers positive, empowering, and insightful conversation that helps encourage individuals to evaluate the quality of their lives outside of the materialistic things they have or have not acquired.

Tune in on December 6, 2016 with me, Nicole Quinan-Lee, to discuss the topic "Think, Think, Think".

Among the many great things about the Internet is the surplus of information available to you within seconds. I remember going to the library to find books that provided information about a topic I had to write a paper on. Oh the glorious days of walking down the book filled aisles of the library looking for the book you needed. Anyone my age or older no doubt remembers encyclopedias. Now a click of a key enables you to find information on just about any topic whenever you want, in any language, regardless of who you are or where you are. The Internet is great; however because anyone can post anything about anyone or anything we have to be careful about the sources we accept information from as reliable. This is especially important in a time where so much information is fed to people through sources such as social media. What is true and what isn't? It is up to you to seek the truth. It is up to you to ask the relevant questions that will enable you to sift through the nonsense and reveal reliable, trustworthy sources of information. Do not allow anyone to spoon feed you information. Seek out knowledge. Knowledge is definitely power. It reduces the negative byproduct of stereotypes and biases. It enables you to make well informed decisions about multiple topics that not only effects your life, but the lives of others.
