We all have our stories of the past! We have heard and maybe even been taught to believe "Everything happens for a reason" We have heard and been taught to be grateful! Now, what about the stories of the past where we may have been victimized? Say...mentally, verbally, physically, or even sexually abused by a loved one. How does one let go of that pain and be in gratitude? How does one embrace love and let go? As an adult child of an alcoholic, a victim of physical and sexual abuse I have embraced these past experiences as Gifts of life. Join me as I share the lessons I practice in being in Love.
