Part 2 of 3: Originally Aired June 3, 2012
Dianne Linderman discusses the challenge for employers to find employees willing to work hard at minimum wage jobs, at a time when the unemployment rate is so high. The number of eager workers is reduced by disinterest and/or ignorance, says Diane, as the government makes it easy for workers to believe they are entitled to either not work or have a higher paying job when in fact they are qualified only for a minimum wage job.
