Doug Conant had a very impressive 10 year run as CEO of Campbell Soup.  Doug was instrumental in one of the greatest corporate turnarounds in history.  He employed 2 chief characteristics to move the company forward, focus and discipline.  Two traits that are in short-supply in today's corporate world.

Doug also recently co-authored TouchPoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments, which became a NY Times and Wall Street Journal Bestseller.

We discussed Doug's book, his principles on leadership, and how the Campbell's turnaround became a reality.
