Latonya went from teen mom to a Customer Service phone associate to Vice President and then walked out on Corporate America to pursue her goal to be an entrepreneur.
Latonya walked into the Restaurant, Bar and Club business which is male dominated and has been changing the game for the last eight years. She currently owns Alcove Martini Bar and prior to Alcove she owed Bliss Dine and Wine which was a highly popular club in Richmond, VA.
Latonya is also the founder of She's a BOSS Network and the DREEMS Foundation, a Mentoring Program for young ladies and the creator of Bosses Who Brunch and Women Round Table Dinner Series.
In the future LaTonya is looking to do more speaking to women about entrepreneurship, encouraging young girls to think outside of the box and to speak on the Hospitality industry, as she is an industry insider of how to make our business workk and grow.
