Leadership in IT - Matt Morin

Matt, along with his brother Kevin, started Macroconnect, an IT consulting and support company, about 6-7 years ago. He's gone from working in a small home office with one employee to a beautiful loft office in Detroit with 12 full-time staff. It's clear Matt has found both passion and success as a business leader. I had an opportunity to speak with Matt about his success and what he's learned about leadership along the way.
